Hall Manor Spring Water is a spring water company which has emerged out of the recent difficulties facing agriculture.
After farming sheep and cattle at Hall Manor for 44 years, declining profits and the Foot and Mouth outbreak led the Chambers family to embark on an ambitious diversification project. They decided to make their excellent spring water available commercially.

George is originally from Ireland, but has lived at Hall Manor for 51 years. His family have been farmers and horsemen for generations, but in latter years George focussed his attention on farming sheep and beef.
Rene is a former language teacher from New Zealand, and is the brains behind the outfit.
Rene enjoys playing the violin and reading. Rene is also a Methodist local preacher.

Danny recently graduated from Liverpool Vet School, and has a particular interest in equine and farm animals. He currently works at the Penhale Equine Clinic. He enjoyed playing hockey and rugby in the vet school teams and plays the guitar badly in his spare time. Danny has recently returned from India and Morocco where he was involved in veterinary charity work.
When he is at home, Danny helps with the water deliveries and keeps the website updated.

Irene is currently studying Public Relations at Bournemouth University, a subject she developed an interest in during the development of the spring water business. During her year out she travelled around New Zealand. Irene helps with all aspects of the water business, from the bottling itself to manning the stall at food festivals.
Irene’s hobbies include playing the violin, music, exercising and salsa dancing.
Andrina has travelled extensively throughout Europe even working in Nice, France for several months. She has worked in Galway, Ireland, for 3 years and is now reading Biotechnology at Galway University. In September 2009 Andrina married Pierre in a village in the mountains north of Barcelona.
Andrina plays the harp and enjoys painting whenever possible.

Henry is the most photogenic of the Chambers family. His main role is meeting and greeting visitors and customers.
When he is not sleeping, Maestro is in charge of pest control.
